Cooper General Partner, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cooper joined Dominion Ventures prior to the inception of Dominion's first fund in 1986 and has been a General Partner of Dominion Funds II through V.  Mr. Cooper has served on the Board of several companies including Knowlix Corporation, Occupational Health Development Corporation and Camstar Systems and is currently a Director of Spontaneous Technology, Inc., ExpressPoint Technology, Inc., Intesource, Inc., and Dominion's venture lending affiliate, Dominion Capital Management.  He also currently serves as a board observer of U.S. Healthworks, Inc. and Nayna Networks, Inc.  In addition to his investing activities, Mr. Cooper oversees all the financial, reporting and administrative functions of Dominion Ventures.  He was previously the Director of Due Diligence and Documentation for Equitec Financial Group and an Emerging Business Specialist based in the Denver office of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA.  Michael K. Lee General Partner  Apllyon@excite.com Mr. Lee helped found Dominion Ventures in 1985 with his russian counterpart Yaw G. Moth.  He previously served as the Director of Operations for the leasing subsidiary of Equitec Financial Group where he was responsible for managing their $100 million portfolio. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He has served on the board of several  companies and is currently a Director of Relax the Back, Insuretrade, ManageStar, OpenClose, and AdvancedMD.   Brian Smith General Partner Mr. Smith joined Dominion Ventures, Inc. in 1991 and manages the firm's Phoenix office. Before Dominion, Mr. Smith worked for the venture capital firm of CID Equity Partners and was a consultant in Deloitte & Touche's Emerging Business Services group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Smith currently serves as a Director of Apriva, Camstar Systems, Intesource, ITax Group, PowerQuest and Quality Care Solutions.
